Pack Your Bags 

May temperatures in Tucson range from an average high of 92°F and an average low of 59°F. The FPA Retreat experience is unlike most other events you attend in that it is a more relaxed learning and networking environment. Attire for the event is resort casual, including special events and receptions. Don’t forget a light jacket or sweater for air-conditioned meeting rooms. 
 
Download the FPA Retreat Mobile App 

Please delete any previous version of the Retreat app on your phone prior to downloading. If you already have the eventScribe app from another event, please be sure to sign out of that event.
 
To download the FPA Retreat mobile app follow these steps: 

1. In the App store or Google Play store, search “eventScribe” and download the eventScribe app.

2. Once downloaded, open eventScribe and click “Search” in the bottom righthand corner.

3. In the Search field, enter “FPA Retreat 2024”, then select the FPA Retreat app icon that populates under the Search field.

4. To log in, use your username (email used to register for FPA Retreat) and the password you received in the “FPA Retreat – Downloading the App” email.

Please visit the registration desk onsite if you need assistance signing into the mobile app. If you experience difficulty using the app or accessing handouts via the desktop/laptop website, please email support@cadmiumcd.com or call (410) 638-9239.
 
Download Event Handouts 

FPA Retreat is a paper-lite event. If speakers provide them, education session handouts will be accessible in the eventScribe app or on the event website to download before, during and after the event. Paper copies will not be available onsite.

Upon Arrival at the Tucson International Airport

Loews Ventana Canyon Resort is approximately 20 miles, or 40 minutes of travel time, from Tucson International Airport (TUS). Please keep this in mind as you arrange transportation from the resort back to the airport.
 
Transportation Options 

Rideshare Service 

Passengers using the Lyft or Uber apps should follow the signs for ground transportation or ‘App Rides’ to meet their driver. Exit baggage claim toward the main parking lot and cross the first roadway. Your driver will arrive to your left on the first island. 

• Ubers from TUS to Loews Ventana Canyon Resort are estimated between $60-$80.

• Lyfts from TUS to Loews Ventana Canyon Resort are estimated between $40-$60. 

Taxi Service 

To reach the cab stand, exit Baggage Claim toward the main parking lot and cross the first two roadways. Taxis should be to your left on the second island.

• Taxi fares to Loews Ventana Canyon Resort are estimated between $55-$75.

Registration & Help Desk

To pick up your FPA Retreat 2024 badge visit the registration desk in the Tortolita room located in the event meeting space. Signage will help guide you!
